About the role#
The Capco Summer Internship Program is a 9-week experience for rising seniors. You will work on a specific client engagement under a Project Manager. The program starts with a week of orientation and training to prepare you for client projects. You will gain exposure to consulting methodologies and client strategy.
What you'll do#
- Develop an understanding of business challenges faced by our clients.
- Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to provide recommendations.
- Prepare, facilitate, and document client meetings and workshops.
- Create high quality reports and presentations.
- Participate in the development of new market opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.
- Graduation date in Winter 2027 or Summer 2028 (Rising Seniors only).
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
