About the role#
The Capco Summer Internship Program is a 9-week experience designed for students entering their senior year. You will join a project team under a Capco Project Manager to gain practical consulting experience. The program begins with a week of orientation and training to prepare you for client engagements. You will work on real-world assignments, helping to solve business issues and improve operations for major organizations.
What you'll do#
- Develop an understanding of client business challenges and how to address them.
- Conduct research, gather data, and analyze processes to provide recommendations.
- Prepare, facilitate, and document client meetings and workshops.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project findings.
- Participate in the development of new market opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree pursuit in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.
- Graduation date in Winter 2027 or Summer 2028 (Rising Seniors only).
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
