About the role#
This position joins the Development Operations Reclamation team at Canadian Natural Resources Limited. You will assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of assessment, remediation, and reclamation activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary.
What you'll do#
- Support the reclamation team through data acquisition and analysis for optimization projects, well records reviews, and ongoing operations.
- Gain practical experience with industry software, including Siteview, Accumap, and Tableau.
- Participate in all areas of reclamation work, such as phase 1 and phase 2 environmental site assessments (ESAs), remediation, and the preparation of reclamation reports and applications.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related program.
- A valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license or an equivalent license from another province.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Location & details#
- Location: Calgary, Alberta.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Term: Rolling start dates available for 4, 8, or 12 months.
- This is a paid, safety-sensitive position.
