About the role#
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work with project leaders to gather, analyze, and recommend requirements for functional and non-functional projects. This role provides hands-on experience with the tools and processes that drive business analysis. You will contribute to project success while building your professional skills in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the gathering, analysis, and recommendation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
- Elicit and document business requirements and processes.
- Learn to use foundational business analysis tools and techniques.
- Develop an understanding of systems, processes, and analysis functions.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program for Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You must be a current Junior.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Ability to perform sedentary work, including sitting for extended periods and using a computer.

- Location: Newark, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (requires three days per week on-site).
- Employment type: Full time.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
