About the role#
This internship offers a 10 to 12 week program at our food manufacturing plant in Ozark, Arkansas. You will work on daily operations, address industry challenges, and help improve our production processes. The program focuses on professional development and provides assignments that align with your interests in the manufacturing industry.

What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for your commute.
- Willingness to relocate to Ozark, Arkansas.
- Evidence of participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus involvement.
- Previous work experience is preferred.

- Physical requirements: You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. The role involves working in a manufacturing environment that includes cold, wet, or warm areas and requires the use of personal protective equipment and hearing protection. This position is designated as safety sensitive.
