About the role#
The Strategy Intern role is an opportunity to join our team in Minneapolis for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, full-time position requiring on-site work. You will work closely with our strategy team and cross-functional partners, including creative, media, and public relations, to support brand and content strategy. We look for individuals who are curious, analytical, and capable of connecting information from various sources.
What you'll do#
- Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover actionable insights.
- Monitor brands and products to create competitive analyses.
- Turn research findings into clear and meaningful overviews.
- Collaborate on strategic briefs that guide our creative teams.
- Build custom GPTs and use AI platforms to support team projects.
- Assist with content strategy by building messaging and positioning matrices.
- Advocate for the brand and the target audience to ensure resonance.
What you'll need#
- A background in Marketing, Anthropology, Sociology, or Communications.
- Practical experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency with AI tools and a proactive approach to using them.
- Interest in social sciences and research frameworks like human centered design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfort presenting insights to internal and client teams.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: September to December 2026.
- Compensation: $20 per hour for approximately 40 hours per week.
- Benefits: Sick and Safe Time accruals based on hours worked.
