About the role#
This summer internship provides exposure to financial planning, client service, and advisory work. You will work with teams across the firm to gain experience through mentorship and hands-on projects. This role is a foundation for a career in wealth management.
What you'll do#
- Observe client meetings and participate in team prep sessions.
- Apply your learning through a mock client presentation.
- Complete projects in areas such as investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, and MESI.
- Engage in career development programming and collaborate with other interns on team projects.
- Join team outings, committee events, and firmwide activities.
- Participate in volunteer opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are on track to graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You have a genuine curiosity about financial planning, wealth management, and helping others.
- You demonstrate a growth mindset and are coachable.
- You possess strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
- You show initiative, resourcefulness, and strong communication skills.
- You have high attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- You are eligible for future full-time opportunities upon graduation.
Location & details#
- Location: Seattle, Washington.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 14th to August 5th).
- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
- Sponsorship: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
