Urology Field Sales Internship Summer 2026 | Nashville

About the role#

This internship provides exposure to the Urology field sales environment. You will gain an understanding of how medical solutions are delivered to healthcare providers and learn about the diverse functions within the commercial organization, including sales training and customer service.

What you'll do#

• Assist the team in developing objectives to maintain market share and improve the quality of service for customers.
• Participate in hospital visits, as well as on-site and field training workshops, alongside Field Sales Representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales expenses, customer files, and required field sales reports.
• Conduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines and company integrity policies.
• Support the mission of transforming lives through the delivery of innovative medical solutions.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant technical coursework.
• A strong record of academic achievement and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
