Data Analytics Intern

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting organization, and operational support. This role focuses on streamlining reporting processes and supporting data-driven decision-making within supply chain and customer care operations.

What you'll do#

• Create frameworks and hierarchies for reporting processes and data sources.
• Organize and document current reporting requirements, existing reports, and data repositories.
• Assist Engineering and operations teams in developing new reports or visualizations for continuous improvement projects.
• Contribute to projects focused on customer care or supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio of reporting capabilities to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Support the development and testing of the Operational Execution System (OES), focusing on database integrity and report verification.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an engineering or science degree program (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software with strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Tableau or a willingness to learn the platform and its integrations.
• Ability to process data from multiple sources to create actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools for learning and analytics is considered an asset.

• Modality: On-site.
• Term: Summer 2026 (4-month contract).
• Compensation: $34,000 – $57,900 annually.
