About the role#
The Urology Field Sales Internship provides an introduction to the Endoscopy Commercial Organization. This program offers exposure to diverse functions, including marketing, research and development, sales training, and healthcare economics, while supporting the company mission of transforming lives through medical solutions.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team in developing objectives to maintain market share and improve service quality for customers.
- Participate in hospital visits and on-site field training workshops alongside Field Sales Representatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including sales expenses, customer files, and field sales reports.
- Conduct all sales activities in compliance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, as well as industry and integrity policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program for Business, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical coursework.
- A strong record of academic achievement and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- An energetic, determined, and goal-oriented approach.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
