Urology Field Sales Internship Summer 2026 | Cincinnati

About the role#

This internship provides students with exposure to the medical device sales field. Participants will gain an understanding of how the organization maintains market share and supports the delivery of innovative medical solutions to patients. This is a full-time, paid summer position.

What you'll do#

• Assist the team in developing objectives to maintain market share and improve service quality for customers.
• Participate in hospital visits, as well as on-site and field training workshops alongside Field Sales Representatives.
• Maintain accurate records, including sales expenses, customer files, and required field sales reports.
• Conduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment guidelines and company integrity policies.
• Contribute to the company mission of transforming lives through medical technology.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program for Business, Biomedical Engineering, or other relevant technical coursework.
• A strong record of academic achievement and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
