About the role#
This internship introduces students to the Urology Commercial Organization. You will gain exposure to functions across the company, including Marketing, R&D, Sales Training, and Healthcare Economics. The role provides insight into how the team maintains market share and supports the mission of improving patient health through medical solutions.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team in developing objectives to maintain market share and improve service quality for customers.
- Participate in hospital visits, along with on-site and field training workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of sales expenses, customer files, and field sales reports.
- Conduct sales activities according to Travel and Entertainment guidelines and company integrity policies.
- Research, develop, and present a project solution at the conclusion of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Rising Junior or Senior student currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
- Coursework in Business, Engineering, or other technical and relevant fields.
- Strong record of academic achievement and leadership experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, determined, and goal-oriented approach.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the assigned internship location.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027 (Mid-May to August).
- Modality: On-site, field-based.
