Quality System Intern / stagiaire en qualité de conception

About the role#

The Quality System Intern works alongside the Quality Systems and R&D Engineering departments to drive quality initiatives, resolve product-related issues, and ensure excellence in medical device projects. This is a 6-month, full-time internship opportunity.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute processes and quality deliverables for projects and quality systems.
• Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues.
• Proactively investigate and implement best-in-class quality practices.
• Maintain compliance with all quality requirements and Quality Management System controls.
• Ensure the completion of assigned project deliverables according to established schedules.
• Build and maintain positive, effective relationships with peers and cross-functional team members.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a science-related field.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical inputs from varied sources.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in the medical device industry and working proficiency in French.
