MBA Marketing Intern

About the role#

This internship offers MBA candidates hands-on experience within the Interventional Spine (Pain) business. You will support strategic, analytical, and cross-functional initiatives in Product Management and Marketing, working to develop solutions for patients suffering from chronic pain. Interns are partnered with a mentor in addition to their manager and will be evaluated for a potential full-time offer upon completion of the program.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to projects impacting strategic priorities, including customer insight generation, product and portfolio strategy, and growth strategies.
• Assist with new business development, new product development, and commercialization optimization tactics.
• Execute market development initiatives, which may include conducting market research, building financial models, and analyzing competitive landscapes.
• Develop segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027, with at least one semester of school remaining after the internship.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN office.
