About the role#
As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will support the production of medical devices. You will work on engineering investigations related to products, processes, materials, and equipment to help meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. Your daily routine will involve reviewing production reports, attending standups, and balancing hands-on troubleshooting with project planning.

- Reduce scrap and increase product output for manufacturing lines.
- Aid in the development of new products and processes.
- Improve existing processes and products.
- Work with modern manufacturing technology.
- Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team.
- Apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering problems.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status with a graduation date between May and December 2028.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A prior internship with Boston Scientific.
- Ability to start on May 17th or 24th, 2028, and commit to a 12-week term.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.

- This internship is based in St. Paul, Minnesota.
- The position is on-site, five days per week.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
