About the role#
The EP Mapping Field Internship introduces students to the Cardiology EP Field Sales Organization. This role provides exposure to the daily responsibilities of an EP mapping specialist, focusing on technologies such as 3D mapping and navigation systems, radiofrequency ablation catheters, and diagnostic tools. This is a full-time, paid, remote field-based position.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hospital visits and field training workshops alongside the Cardiology Field Sales team.
- Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, EP technology, and the current business landscape.
- Manage accurate records of sales expenses, customer files, and required field sales reports.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment guidelines and industry integrity policies.
- Contribute to the company mission by supporting innovative medical solutions for patients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or graduate student.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
