The Clinical Scientist Intern position within the Renal Denervation franchise offers an opportunity to support the design and execution of clinical studies for medical devices in the cardiology space. This role involves analyzing clinical data trends and outcomes to support product approvals and the advancement of innovative therapies.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on exposure to the design and execution of clinical trials for medical devices.
- Develop an understanding of regulatory and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements regarding product safety, performance, and clinical benefit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Regulatory, Clinical Trials, Clinical Risk, Medical Safety, and Research & Development.
- Support the evaluation of state-of-the-art standards for relevant medical conditions and build domain knowledge of the Renal Denervation portfolio.
- Partner with experienced Clinical Scientists to support project milestones and program goals.
- Contribute to literature surveillance by screening research and extracting scientific insights.
- Analyze key clinical metrics to identify trends and present findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in clinical trial execution meetings and assist with material preparation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering or Bioengineering.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Ability to commit to one of the following full program periods: May 18th – August 7th OR May 26th – August 14th.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN corporate location.

- Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires presence in the local office at least three to four days per week).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
