    About the role#

    The Evergreen team manages non-baseball events at Fenway Park, ranging from private functions to ticketed live events. This internship provides hands-on experience in event sales, marketing, and operations. You will work directly with our team to bring client visions to life in an iconic setting. This is a paid, full-time position for the Fall 2026 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the sales and operations team with research and marketing projects.
    • Create social media content and update project management documents.
    • Assist with creative outreach and research new ideas for event planning.
    • Provide on-site support for private and ticketed events, including client-facing duties.
    • Help with 2026 budget preparation through data collection, organization, and review.
    • Manage various event logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a client-focused environment.
    • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
    • Ability to support event setup and on-site tasks, including lifting 5+ pounds.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and social media platforms is a plus.
