About the role#
As a Partner Success Manager, you will work on the front lines of our Data Co-op team. You will manage direct communication with publisher partners, driving growth and satisfaction through data storytelling. This role requires you to act as a trusted expert, helping publishers find new ways to use intent data. You will also experiment with AI platforms to improve workflows, prototype new use cases, and share your findings with the team.
What you'll do#
- Manage a named account list of publisher partners through daily outreach and regular meetings.
- Onboard new partners, provide product training, and offer ongoing consultation.
- Execute data programs by creating audience segments and analyzing trends.
- Facilitate rapid adoption of resources to help partners reach their goals.
- Address and resolve issues or escalations between partners and the company.
- Support revenue objectives by collaborating with publishers on new data applications.
- Apply AI tools to research, analysis, and problem-solving projects.
- Identify repeatable workflows where AI can improve speed and quality.
- Encourage partner engagement using tools like newsletters, webinars, and social platforms.
What you'll need#
- 5+ years of experience in media and advertising, specifically at a publishing company.
- 5+ years in client-facing roles such as account management or customer success.
- Experience with the planning, activation, and measurement of media campaigns.
- Ability to tell stories using data.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and a willingness to experiment with new capabilities.
- A curious and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with SaaS or Ad Technology companies is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid position.
- Locations include New York, NY, and Reno, NV, with remote options available.
