About the role#
This internship position supports the Project Engineering team for the Challenger aircraft program. You will work on project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role is a full-time, paid opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and implementation strategies.
- Assist the Project Engineer in tracking project performance and meeting key performance indicators.
- Prepare business cases, including budget documentation, to support decision-making.
- Manage project documentation, governance files, and databases.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Solve complex issues and handle non-standard tasks by applying technical knowledge.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project alignment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (advanced preferred), Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in French is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to manage evolving priorities.
- Creative approach to developing methodologies and quality deliverables.
- Previous experience in project management, scheduling, or budgeting is an asset.
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is an asset.

- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- This position is open to current students only. Interns may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for work or training purposes.
