About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Legal Services team to support procurement and operations departments. This role offers an inside look at the work of an in-house legal department within a large public company.
What you'll do#
- Provide legal and contracts support to procurement and operations teams.
- Draft and assist in the negotiation of commercial agreements, including purchase and non-disclosure agreements.
- Draft correspondence and gather documentation for internal strategies or document requests.
- Conduct legal research on topics such as commercial law, private international law, and privacy law.
- Present research findings to the legal team through written reports or oral presentations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university law degree program.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong drafting skills in English.
- Advanced research and analytical skills.
- Experience conducting legal research and writing clear, concise legal memoranda.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under moderate supervision.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and strategy professionals.
- Experience reviewing or drafting contracts is an asset.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
- Note: This position is open to students only. You may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for training or work purposes.
