About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Dorval, Quebec, for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the Program Management team to support budget oversight and governance. The role operates under a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Analyze budget envelopes for Program Management teams.
- Plan follow-up meetings and present your findings.
- Structure and plan governance activities.
- Build analysis tools to handle large data sets.
- Improve existing budget and operational processes.
- Create project portfolio presentations for the management team.
- Track risks and opportunities related to budget envelopes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering program. You must be a current student, not a recent graduate.
- Familiarity with the basics of financial, project, or portfolio management.
- Experience with database management or data processing.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI is an asset.
- A structured and autonomous approach to your work.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Duration: 12 months.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Note: Interns may occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
