About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will support the claim manager with the daily administration of various compensation programs. You will work alongside the Medical Service, Human Resources, and union representatives to ensure files are processed accurately and on time.
What you'll do#
- Manage claims and participate in related projects or meetings.
- Submit files to authorities within required timeframes.
- Update system data and perform various transactions.
- Produce reports and provide administrative support.
- Send necessary information to the Payroll department.
- Take part in CNESST file investigations and ergonomic job evaluations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or human resources, or a College Diploma (DEC) in Legal Techniques or Specialized Medical Secretarial Studies.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A structured and organized approach to work.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A rigorous mindset with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Duration: 12 months.
- Note: This role is open to current students only. You may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for training or work purposes.
