About the role#
As an intern in Central Planning, you will join the Processes and Tools team within the Planning and Industrial Engineering function. You will work on initiatives that support standardization, continuous improvement, and the transformation of practices across various organizational sites. This role offers exposure to process optimization, knowledge management, and digital transformation. You will have the opportunity to tailor your experience based on your specific strengths and interests.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects involving process optimization, work method documentation, and tool enhancement.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and reference tools.
- Support knowledge sharing and transfer initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and sites.
- Participate in governance activities, such as project tracking, action coordination, performance indicator development, and decision-support tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student. We cannot accept new graduates.
- A strong interest in continuous improvement, business processes, and organizational transformation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Term: Winter 2027 (8 months).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
