About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support procurement operations and business process optimization within our Indirect Procurement team. You will assist with daily procure-to-pay activities, monitor process performance, and investigate operational issues. This position is open to students currently pursuing a degree.
What you'll do#
- Support procurement operations by assisting with procure-to-pay activities and resolving inquiries.
- Assist with business process analysis by documenting workflows, gathering data, and identifying trends.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analyses using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Ariba.
- Maintain SharePoint sites, process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Create presentations, job aids, and other learning materials for procurement users.
- Assist with system testing, data validation, and investigations related to process improvements and project initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools is an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (8 months).
- Modality: Hybrid (at least two days per week on-site).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
