About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to support business analysis and supply chain management within an aviation manufacturing environment. You will work with internal teams to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency. This position is open to current students only and is not available to new graduates.
What you'll do#
- Manage project management data tools in PowerBI and import data using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Collect and analyze data to identify supply chain gaps and drive process improvements.
- Monitor trends in reporting tools and report deviations to plan.
- Update and maintain databases and governance visibility.
- Assist with special projects that support the business plan.
- Interface with personnel to develop practical, effective solutions.
- Work with the team to ensure reliability and efficiency in daily processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year bachelor’s program in computer or software engineering, a 2nd year master’s degree in business intelligence, or the final session of an AEC in business intelligence and big data.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Visual Basic.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with editing ability considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
- Ability to remain professional in stressful situations and work effectively within a team.
- Availability to work 25-30 hours per week during the school semester.

- Term: Winter 2027.
- Duration: 8 months.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Note: Interns may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for work or training.
