About the role#
Bolton & Menk is seeking a Construction Management Intern for the Summer 2027 season. This full-time, paid position is based in Oakdale, Minnesota. You will work with our Municipal team, gaining practical experience in construction phase activities and civil engineering projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with civil engineering projects, including planning and design tasks.
- Prepare reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Perform construction observation and staking duties.
- Carry out construction administration tasks.
- Complete design calculations and review shop drawings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Construction Management or closely related degree program.
- Sophomore status or higher.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Completed coursework in general surveying and construction management.
- Ability to work in extended outdoor conditions and navigate rugged terrain.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
