About the role#
This position offers students a chance to apply their engineering education to real-world projects. You will gain hands-on experience while completing your undergraduate degree. This is a paid, full-time opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Test company products to ensure quality standards.
- Develop and analyze quality data to drive improvements.
- Use statistical tools for measurement analysis.
- Help develop and implement process verification.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve product quality.
- Contribute to quality programs including root-cause analysis, quality audits, and new product development.
- Assist with data compilation, reporting, and metric development.
What you'll need#
- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing pursuing a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- A 3.0 or higher GPA is preferred.
- Ability to commit full-time for the entire 4-month internship term.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

- This role is on-site at one of our locations in Bismarck, Fargo, or Wahpeton, North Dakota; Johnson Creek, Wisconsin; Litchfield, Minnesota; or Statesville, North Carolina.
