About the role#
This is a full-time internship opportunity for Summer 2027. You will work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience while completing your undergraduate degree. This role is designed to help you apply your engineering studies to actual manufacturing and corporate processes.
What you'll do#
- Test company products to ensure quality standards.
- Develop and analyze quality data to drive improvements.
- Use statistical tools for measurement analysis.
- Assist in creating and implementing process verification and improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance product quality.
- Contribute to Quality Engineering programs, including root-cause analysis, quality audits, data compilation, and new product development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

- This is an on-site position.
- Locations include Gwinner, Bismarck, and Wahpeton, North Dakota; Litchfield and Rogers, Minnesota; and Statesville, North Carolina.
- This position is paid.
