About the role#
The Product Training Operations Student Experience provides hands-on exposure to the machinery manufacturing industry. This role is based in West Fargo, North Dakota, and takes place during the Winter 2027 term. You will spend approximately 90 percent of your time on-site with equipment and 10 percent in an office setting.
What you'll do#
- Support the Product Team during training boot camps and related events.
- Operate Bobcat, Doosan, and competitive heavy equipment for training sessions and demonstrations.
- Manage logistics by operating department truck and trailer combinations to haul equipment between worksites.
- Build a comprehensive product knowledge base to support training tasks.
- Coordinate equipment transportation and locate worksites as needed.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing in a bachelor's degree program.
- Current enrollment in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn equipment operation, logistics, and safety protocols.
