About the role#
The Product Service Student Experience program provides an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects. You will work directly with skilled professionals and gain hands-on experience in machinery manufacturing. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Disassemble products to revise Service Manuals or verify labor times.
- Conduct trend analysis regarding product field performance.
- Operate equipment for audit and verification purposes.
- Use statistical tools to predict machine warranty outcomes.
- Process warranty return parts and participate in tear down analysis.
- Communicate with the dealer network to troubleshoot technical questions on machines needing repair.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ag System Technology, Ag Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of motivation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work as a team player, learn quickly, and adapt to change.
- Proficiency in following written instructions and basic computer skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.

- Locations: Bismarck, North Dakota and Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.
