About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects within the machinery manufacturing industry. You will work directly with professionals to support pricing strategy development, focusing on profitability and market growth. This is a part-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on the optimization and refinement of pricing strategies.
- Evaluate cost structures, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify and define product positioning.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track pricing trends.
- Propose new approaches to drive business growth and profitability.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, macros, and data manipulation.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Analytical aptitude with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.
