About the role#
This summer 2027 internship provides hands-on experience within the marketing department at Bobcat Company. You will work on real-world projects, support daily operations, and collaborate with professionals across the organization. This is a full-time, paid position designed to help you apply your academic knowledge to professional marketing tasks.
What you'll do#
- Partake in process improvement discussions and assist with marketing task management systems.
- Manage, edit, and maintain website content while monitoring email inboxes and providing invoice support.
- Support lead and opportunity management within Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate on photo shoot scheduling, handle photo asset requests, and gather performance metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for on-site event requirements, branding materials, and logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of branded merchandise and promotional materials.
- Develop digital media strategies and social media campaigns.
- Create custom reports and analyze performance data to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce content and review materials for accuracy.
- Support marketing communications for both internal and external audiences.
- Provide marketing support to dealers and assist with trade show planning and execution.
- Help develop and implement experiential marketing strategies for brand activations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to follow written instructions and learn quickly.
- Basic computer skills.

- This is an on-site, full-time position for Summer 2027.
- Locations include West Fargo, North Dakota; Johnson Creek, Wisconsin; and Statesville, North Carolina.
