About the role#
This is a full-time student experience with Bobcat Company for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in either Bismarck or Gwinner, North Dakota. This is a paid position.
What you'll do#
- Use software tools to develop new and sustaining schematics and harnesses for systems.
- Assist in building prototype machines.
- Participate in quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment.
- Perform quality analysis to suggest system and component improvements.
- Build troubleshooting skills by using machine operation, schematics, and measurement tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- A major in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
