About the role#
The Academic Resource Center Liaison supports student success by assisting with campus resources and serving as a host in the Alumni Building. This role involves direct interaction with students, faculty, staff, and visitors during both day and evening hours.
What you'll do#
- Provide support for resources including academic coaching, testing, accommodations, and tutoring.
- Help students and visitors navigate the Alumni Building and locate faculty offices.
- Promote center services to the campus community and parents.
- Lead tours for visitors and First-year Seminar classes.
- Represent the center during BJU Up Close events.
- Manage building operations as an Alumni Building Host, including answering questions about evening activities and securing the 3rd floor.
- Assist the Testing Center staff when needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Bob Jones University.
- Standing as a second-semester freshman or higher.
- A demonstrated Christlike character, including a strong work ethic, teachability, and a desire to serve others.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Initiative, self-motivation, and a friendly, helpful attitude.

- This position is located on-site in Greenville, South Carolina.
