Senior Campaign Fundraising Manager

About the role#

The Senior Campaign Fundraising Manager is responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. This role focuses on achieving revenue goals within a designated market area to support the mission of Blood Cancer United.

What you'll do#

• Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet overall revenue targets.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers.
• Identify and network with constituents and key donors to secure support.
• Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in a directly relatable role.
• Proficiency in multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade others.
• Relevant academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Health Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or Political Science.
