About the role#
The Senior Campaign Fundraising Manager is responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. This role focuses on achieving revenue goals within a designated market area to support the mission of Blood Cancer United.
What you'll do#
- Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet overall revenue targets.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers.
- Identify and network with constituents and key donors to secure support.
- Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proficiency in multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade others.
- Relevant academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Health Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or Political Science.
