About the role#
The Campaign Fundraising Manager II for Student Visionaries of the Year focuses on driving high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals. This role involves building relationships with volunteers, implementing fundraising strategies, and organizing mission-centered donor cultivation events within the Seattle market.
What you'll do#
- Drive peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives to achieve established revenue targets.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and individual fundraising volunteers.
- Organize local donor cultivation events and identify key donors for national stewardship.
- Collaborate with the local relationship team and national shared service partners to execute strategic plans.
- Partner with internal departments to communicate the organization's mission, programs, and priorities.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proven strength in relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.

- Location: Seattle, Washington.

- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $40 to $42 per hour ($73,000 to $78,000 per year).
- Requirements: Ability to travel within the designated area and work occasional evenings or weekends. Must be able to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
