    About the role#

    The Campaign Fundraising Manager III for Student Visionaries of the Year is responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising products to meet revenue goals. This role focuses on mission integration and donor cultivation within the Charleston market.

    What you'll do#

    • Partner with the Education, Services and Health Research department to communicate the organizational mission, programs, and priorities.
    • Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers.
    • Identify and network with constituents and key donors to engage support.
    • Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through independent research and relationship building.
    • Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events.
    • Manage campaign resources and provide input into strategic plans for fundraising products.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
    • Excellent relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers.
    • Understanding of campaign success requirements, KPIs, and forecasting.

    • Location: Charleston, South Carolina.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: Paid position.
    • Requirements: Ability to travel within the designated area and work some evenings or weekends as needed.
