About the role#
The Campaign Fundraising Manager III for Student Visionaries of the Year is responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising products to meet revenue goals. This role focuses on mission integration and donor cultivation within the Charleston market.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Education, Services and Health Research department to communicate the organizational mission, programs, and priorities.
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers.
- Identify and network with constituents and key donors to engage support.
- Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through independent research and relationship building.
- Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events.
- Manage campaign resources and provide input into strategic plans for fundraising products.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Excellent relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers.
- Understanding of campaign success requirements, KPIs, and forecasting.
