    About the role#

    The Campaign Fundraising Manager III for the Student Visionaries of the Year program leads peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to meet revenue goals. This role focuses on building relationships with volunteers, executing strategic fundraising plans, and organizing mission-centered donor cultivation events. You will work closely with internal teams to integrate the organization's mission into local fundraising products.

    What you'll do#

    • Build and maintain relationships with fundraising volunteers to drive revenue growth.
    • Execute annual strategic plans for peer-to-peer fundraising products, including managing budgets and timelines.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and individual fundraising participants.
    • Identify and network with key donors to secure support through independent research and prospecting.
    • Organize local events centered on the organization's mission and donor cultivation.
    • Collaborate with local relationship teams and national departments to communicate programs and priorities.
    • Supervise and lead volunteer groups, providing coaching and support as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
    • Solid understanding of campaign success requirements, including KPIs and forecasting.
    • Excellent relationship-building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital and social media sales channels.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex campaigns independently.

    • Location: Detroit, Michigan.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: Paid position.
    • Requirements: Ability to travel within the designated area and work occasional evenings or weekends. Must be able to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
