Campaign Fundraising Manager

About the role#

As a Campaign Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals. This role focuses on mission integration and donor cultivation within the Atlanta market, requiring a balance of strategic planning and hands-on volunteer management.

What you'll do#

• Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate the organizational mission and priorities.
• Organize local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue targets.
• Execute an annual strategic plan and revise it periodically to ensure goals are met.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers.
• Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to supervise volunteer groups and work some evenings or weekends.
