Campaign Fundraising Manager

About the role#

As a Campaign Fundraising Manager for the Student Visionaries of the Year program, you will build relationships with fundraising volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising products to meet revenue goals. This role requires a mission-driven approach to donor cultivation and volunteer management within the Richmond area.

What you'll do#

• Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research departments to communicate the organization's mission, programs, and priorities.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers.
• Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Collaborate with local relationship teams and national partners to execute annual strategic plans.
• Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through independent research and networking.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise groups of volunteers and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital, social media, and emerging online channels.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Public Health are preferred.

• Location: Richmond, Virginia.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Compensation: $38 to $39 per hour ($70,000 to $72,000 per year).
• Requirements: Ability to work some evenings or weekends and travel within the designated area. Must be able to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
