About the role#
The Campaign Fundraising Manager II for Student Visionaries of the Year is responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products. This role focuses on exceeding revenue goals within the Dallas market by driving high-impact fundraising strategies and collaborating with local and national teams.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships with fundraising volunteers to drive revenue growth.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
- Organize local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Implement strategic plans for peer-to-peer fundraising products, including managing budgets and timelines.
- Partner with internal departments to communicate the organization's mission, programs, and priorities.
- Identify and network with constituents to secure new partners and engage support.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Experience supervising and leading volunteer groups.
