About the role#
As a Campaign Fundraising Manager, you will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer to peer fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals. You will work within a mission-centric organization to support programs and resources for Blood Cancer United. This role requires managing multiple priorities and collaborating with local and national teams to drive fundraising success.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate the organization's mission, programs, and priorities.
- Drive high-impact peer to peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
- Identify and network with constituents and key donors to secure support for fundraising products.
- Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through independent research, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Supervise groups of volunteers and manage campaign materials for events.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital, social media, and emerging online channels.
- Ability to supervise groups of volunteers and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Compensation: $80,000 to $82,000 per year.
- Note: This role requires travel within the designated area and availability to work some evenings or weekends.
