Campaign Fundraising Director

About the role#

The Campaign Fundraising Director will lead staff teams and manage relationships to implement peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. This role is responsible for driving revenue goals in the Charlotte market while ensuring the organization's mission is clearly communicated to constituents.

What you'll do#

• Partner with the Education Services and Health Research departments to communicate the mission, programs, and priorities.
• Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Develop and implement an annual strategic plan to ensure the team exceeds revenue goals.
• Manage the hiring, training, and professional development of peer-to-peer fundraising teams.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and provide ongoing support to volunteer leaders.
• Retain and upgrade sponsorships for all fundraising products.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or Communications.
• 7-8 years of relatable professional experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success in fundraising or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Comfort with managing operational details as necessary.

• Travel: Local travel required up to 30%.
• Schedule: Must be available to work some evenings or weekends.
