About the role#
The Campaign Fundraising Director will lead staff teams and manage relationships to implement peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. This role is responsible for driving revenue goals in the Charlotte market while ensuring the organization's mission is clearly communicated to constituents.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Education Services and Health Research departments to communicate the mission, programs, and priorities.
- Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Develop and implement an annual strategic plan to ensure the team exceeds revenue goals.
- Manage the hiring, training, and professional development of peer-to-peer fundraising teams.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and provide ongoing support to volunteer leaders.
- Retain and upgrade sponsorships for all fundraising products.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or Communications.
- 7-8 years of relatable professional experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success in fundraising or related fields.
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Comfort with managing operational details as necessary.
