Campaign Development Director - Visionaries & Student Visionaries of the Year

About the role#

The Campaign Development Director for Visionaries & Student Visionaries of the Year leads multiple staff teams to build relationships with constituents and implement peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. This role is responsible for driving revenue goals within a designated market area while advancing the organizational mission.

What you'll do#

• Partner with Education Services and Health Research departments to communicate the organization's mission, programs, and priorities.
• Organize mission-centered, local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Create and implement an annual strategic plan, revising it periodically to ensure team revenue goals are exceeded.
• Collaborate to grow volunteer and corporate relationships across the market.
• Manage, train, and develop peer-to-peer fundraising teams.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and leadership.
• Retain and upgrade sponsorships for all fundraising products.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7-8 years of relatable experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success in fundraising or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Comfort with managing detailed operational tasks.
