About the role#
The Campaign Development Director for Visionaries & Student Visionaries of the Year leads multiple staff teams to drive revenue and build constituent relationships within the Westchester and Hudson Valley market. This role focuses on implementing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to support the mission of Blood Cancer United.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Education Services and Health Research departments to communicate the organizational mission, programs, and priorities.
- Create and implement an annual strategic plan to ensure the team exceeds revenue goals.
- Hire, manage, train, and develop peer-to-peer fundraising staff.
- Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and provide comprehensive support to volunteer leaders.
- Retain and upgrade sponsorships for all fundraising products.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7-8 years of relatable experience.
- Demonstrated track record of professional success.
- Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
- Comfort with getting into the details as necessary.

- Location: White Plains, New York.
- Work Modality: On-site.

- Travel: Local travel up to 30% required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work some evenings or weekends.
