Campaign Development Director - Visionaries & Student Visionaries of the Year

About the role#

The Campaign Development Director for Visionaries & Student Visionaries of the Year leads multiple staff teams to drive revenue and build constituent relationships within the Westchester and Hudson Valley market. This role focuses on implementing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to support the mission of Blood Cancer United.

What you'll do#

• Partner with Education Services and Health Research departments to communicate the organizational mission, programs, and priorities.
• Create and implement an annual strategic plan to ensure the team exceeds revenue goals.
• Hire, manage, train, and develop peer-to-peer fundraising staff.
• Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and provide comprehensive support to volunteer leaders.
• Retain and upgrade sponsorships for all fundraising products.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7-8 years of relatable experience.
• Demonstrated track record of professional success.
• Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Comfort with getting into the details as necessary.

• Location: White Plains, New York.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Travel: Local travel up to 30% required.
• Schedule: Must be available to work some evenings or weekends.
