About the role#
The Bismarck Larks are looking for a Ticket Sales and Service intern for the Summer 2027 season. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship based in Bismarck, North Dakota. You will work directly with the ticket sales team to generate revenue, manage fan databases, and support game-day operations.
What you'll do#
- Conduct outreach via telephone, email, and in-person to generate sales for season tickets, group outings, and mini-plans.
- Provide in-office and game-day support for ticket resolution, customer service, and will call operations.
- Assist with box office tasks during game nights.
- Learn and operate Northwoods League ticketing systems for sales, reporting, and account management.
- Represent the team at Larks and Funatix events, including performing as the team mascot at least once.
- Promote positive fan experiences and assist in selling sponsor activation pieces.
- Distribute marketing materials, including pocket schedules and posters.
- Assist with ballpark and event set-up, tear-down, and general cleanliness.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work extended 14-hour shifts and lift 30-50 lbs.
- A self-motivated, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and take initiative.
- Customer service or management experience is preferred, and previous experience in sales is a plus.
