About the role#
The Bismarck Larks are seeking a Sponsorship Activation and Entertainment Intern for the 2027 season. This role offers hands-on experience in sports marketing, event management, and sponsorship activation. You will work directly with the sponsorship and entertainment teams to create a memorable atmosphere for fans and partners while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
What you'll do#
- Plan, execute, and track sponsor promotions and events while managing the master entertainment calendar.
- Maintain and update the Asana platform with promotion and event elements.
- Assist with sponsorship activation tasks, including signage management, item distribution, and preparing recap booklets.
- Manage the guest service table, including setup, teardown, and inventory.
- Coordinate the setup of the Larks Family Fun Zone and other event areas.
- Represent the team at community appearances, including mascot, player, and Funatix events.
- Interact with fans to promote a positive experience and perform as the team mascot at least once during the summer.
- Assist with general ballpark maintenance and cleanliness.
What you'll need#
- Current college student studying Sport Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
- Outgoing, charismatic, and personable demeanor with the ability to perform confidently on camera and in front of an audience.
- Ability to maintain character and perform well under stress.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who takes initiative.

- Location: Bismarck, North Dakota.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 10 to August 13).
- Modality: On-site.
- Availability: Must be available for all home games, team events, and Funatix events, including weekends and holidays.
- Status: Full-time internship.

The Bismarck Larks Baseball Club operates as a member of the Northwoods League. Founded in 2017, the organization is based in Bismarck, North Dakota. The club provides entertainment and hospitality services for families and local companies. All home games take place at the Bismarck Municipal Ballpark.
