About the role#
Big-D Construction is seeking an AI Enablement Intern to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies across construction operations. This role focuses on the practical application of AI, including workflow automation, agent development, and change management.
What you'll do#
- Identify repetitive workflows across operations.
- Build Copilot prompts, agents, and playbooks.
- Run AI training sessions for staff.
- Document AI use cases.
- Measure adoption rates and time savings.
What you'll need#
- Current student in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation.
- Understanding of change management principles.
- Ability to perform basic data analysis.
