About the role#
Bennett Thrasher is seeking Tax interns for the Spring 2027 term in Denver. This role provides experience across several areas of tax, offering responsibilities similar to those of a first-year staff member. You will work with various clients and collaborate with associates across the firm.
What you'll do#
- Prepare tax returns accurately and efficiently.
- Develop income tax projections and estimate calculations for clients.
- Conduct research, analysis, and summarization of financial information.
- Analyze financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and conformance to standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of accounting and auditing theory.
- Maintain and organize client files according to firm standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Accounting program.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong commitment to professional excellence.

- Term: Winter 2027 (Spring 2027 internship).
